HOW TO USING AUDACITY TO CRIATE A AUDIO MATERIALS

 

1. What Is Audacity?

Audacity is a free, open-source audio editing and recording application.
It is used to:

  • Add effects (noise reduction, echo, speed changes)

2. How to Make Learning Materials Using Audacity

Here is an easy step-by-step guide:

 

Step 1: Install Audacity

Step 2: Open Audacity and Start a New Project

  • Open the app
  • Click File → New
    You will see an empty workspace for recording and editing audio.

 

Step 3: Record Your Voice

Use a microphone (laptop mic is okay).

Steps:

  1. Press the Record (●) button

  3. Press Stop () to finish

Steps:

🎚️ Fade In / Fade Out

Step 5: Add Extra Audio (Optional)
